Our FITCRUNCH protein powders are soy free. Our protein bars are not soy free and contain Soy Protein Isolate.

Yup! Our bars and powders are gluten free.

Our FITCRUNCH powders are NON-GMO. Our protein bars may be produced with genetic engineering, yet none of the ingredients used are declared GMO.

No, unfortunately FITCRUNCH products are not kosher.

Yes, FITCRUNCH products contain Milk, Soy, Almond, and Peanut depending on the product. Always check the ingredient list before purchasing.

FITCRUNCH products do not need to be refrigerated, yet the bars should be stored at or below room temperature 21 °C (70 °F) to guarantee freshness.

Our protein bars have an 18 months shelf life. All of our other products have a 12 month shelf life.

We charge sales tax on all FITCRUNCH purchases where required by law. This includes Ohio and potentially other states.

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes, however we do not currently ship to APO/FPO or international addresses.

When you build a subscription, your initial shipment will be sent immediately. From then on, your shipments will be created on Mondays at the frequency you selected: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks. If a shipment date doesn’t work for you for your next shipment, you can change your shipping date on your Subscriptions page to a different Monday. All future subscriptions will be on the new schedule.

There is no end date on your subscription — it will be active until you change or cancel it.

You’ll be billed at the time the subscription order ships.

Once your shipment has been created, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email which will include your shipment’s tracking number.

You can modify or cancel your next shipment up to 24 hours prior to the shipping date.

If the date of your next shipment no longer works for you, simply modify or delay the shipment’s delivery date by selecting “Manage Subscription” from the Subscriptions page and then "Change Shipping Date".

There is no option to pause a subscription. Because subscriptions are long-term commitment free, you can modify shipment dates, cancel, and create new subscriptions whenever you need.

If you purchase a subscription for an item that is currently on Promotion, you will get the promo price for your initial purchase in addition to the subscription 10% savings. All subsequent subscription purchases will be at the normal price with subscription 10% savings. If a subscription renewal order occurs for an item that is currently on promotion, for that one subscription order you will get the current Promo price in addition to 10% subscription savings.
