FITCRUNCH Protein powder is vegetarian. FITCRUNCH Bars contain gelatin and are not vegetarian.

Our FITCRUNCH protein powders are soy free. Our protein bars are not soy free and contain Soy Protein Isolate.

Yup! Our bars and powders are gluten free.

Our FITCRUNCH powders are NON-GMO. Our protein bars may be produced with genetic engineering, yet none of the ingredients used are declared GMO.

No, unfortunately FITCRUNCH products are not kosher.

Yes, FITCRUNCH products contain Milk, Soy, Almond, and Peanut depending on the product. Always check the ingredient list before purchasing.

FITCRUNCH products do not need to be refrigerated, yet the bars should be stored at or below room temperature 21 °C (70 °F) to guarantee freshness.

Our protein bars have an 18 months shelf life. All of our other products have a 12 month shelf life.

Yes, any order over $50.00 during the dates of April 15th - October 15th will automatically be upgraded to cold shipping.

We charge sales tax on all FITCRUNCH purchases where required by law. This includes Ohio and potentially other states.

You’ll be billed at the time the subscription order ships.
